فَلَاۤ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ
But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able
