6:129
وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ نُوَلِّی بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ بَعۡضَۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ یَكۡسِبُونَ
Thus We let some of the wrong-doers have power over others because of what they are wont to earn.
